Shea Properties will start construction this year on the second phase of Village Center Station in Greenwood Village.
The project will include an additional office building and retail space on the development’s public plaza. The plaza will feature fountains, an outdoor stage for events, an ice-skating rink and common area.
Shea will complete its development in three phases. When finished, it will include three office buildings totaling 600,000 square feet and 50,000 square feet of retail space.
