Apartment Investment & Management Co. swung to a fourth-quarter loss absent $60.7 million in income from properties that had been sold.
Denver-based AIMCO reported a fourth-quarter loss of $21.5 million, compared with a year-earlier loss of $6.2 million. On a per-share basis, its loss widened to 33 cents from 6 cents. Revenue increased 2.3 percent, to $293.5 million.
