Combat Training Solutions has won a $5 million contract to provide training personnel for Fort Hood in Texas who will play the role of residents of Afghanistan and Iraq for members of the 120th Infantry Support Brigade, which trains units before deployment.

The contract is potentially the largest ever awarded to the 6-year-old company, which also develops and sells simulators for improvised explosive devices that don’t produce enough force to injure or kill soldiers.
