The man who was fatally shot Tuesday night in the parking lot of a Denver topless bar was identified today as 34-year-old George Valenzuela–Lopez.
Valenzuela–Lopez was shot about 11:45 p.m. in the parking lot of Dandy Dan’s at 214 S. Federal Blvd, according to a news release from the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
Valenzuela–Lopez was taken to Denver Health Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead early the next morning.
The cause of death was determined to be complications of multiple gunshot wounds and the manner of death is a homicide.
