Xiotech Corp. said Mark Glasgow, vice president of worldwide sales, has been named a “Channel Chief” by consulting group Everything Channel.
Channel Chiefs are leaders in creating effective channel programs for solution providers. They defend, promote and execute effective channel partner programs and strategies.
Xiotech provides high-performance storage blades for cloud and virtual desktop-to-data center initiatives.
Under Glasgow’s leadership, Colorado Springs-based Xiotech established several strategic initiatives including expanding relationships with VMware, Citrix and Microsoft.

Everything Channel chose Channel Chiefs based on criteria including policy and program innovations made during the past year, the amount of revenue their company generates through partners, their willingness to speak out publicly on behalf of the channel, and the number of years they have dedicated to channel activities.
