FORT CARSON — A soldier based at Fort Carson has died in a noncombat incident in the Kandahar district in Afghanistan.
Officials say 29-year-old Sgt. Robert C. Sisson Jr. died Monday. He was from Aliquippa, Pa.
Sisson was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.
