Sparton, an electromechanical device maker based in Schaumburg, Ill., said Tuesday that its Denver-based subsidiary will acquire Byers Peak Inc. of Wheat Ridge for $4.35 million.
Byers Peak’s primary business is making medical devices for manufacturers and emerging-technology companies in the therapeutic-device market, including products for surgical navigation, noninvasive pain relief, arterial disease and kidney dialysis.
