Some noteholders of DBSD North America Inc. filed a reorganization plan for the bankrupt satellite-communications company less than a month after Douglas County-based Dish Network Corp. agreed to acquire it.
An ad hoc committee of holders of 7.5 percent convertible senior secured notes formed its own Chapter 11 plan in case the proposed acquisition fails to occur, according to a filing Saturday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York.
