Boulder police are asking the public’s help in finding the driver of a sport utility vehicle that was involved in a fatal hit-and-run last evening.
The accident happened at about 6:30 p.m. on Broadway, just north of Baseline Road.
Police are withholding the victim’s identity until they have notified family members.
Witnesses said the SUV was a dark-colored Rav 4 or Nissan Xterra-type vehicle. No other information is available.
Police and the coroner’s office are continuing to investigate.
