BOULDER — Three men have been arrested after a former employee at a restaurant complained of repeated sexual assaults by co-workers.
Police arrested Jose Escobar, 30; Jose Luiz Gonzalez, 30; and Rigoberto Gonzalez-Gonzalez, 27, Saturday morning after a woman who worked at the Original Pancake House in 2009 told police that she suffered inappropriate touching and harassment at work that year.
All three men still worked at the restaurant.
The victim told police that her complaints went unheeded by the restaurant’s owner.
