SPOKANE, Wash. — A man tied to a white supremacist organization was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of leaving a sophisticated bomb along a Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade route in Spokane. Kevin William Harpham, 36, of northeastern Washington, made an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Spokane and waived his right to a bail hearing.
