The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel in Pueblo for what it calls one repeat, five serious and two other- than-serious violations after a safety inspection of the company’s seamless-tube mill. The proposed fines total $49,900. The company has 15 business days from receipt of the citations and proposed penalties to comply, request an informal conference with OSHA’s area director or contest the findings before the independent Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
