Progressive bonfire dinner

Saturday: Snowshoes or skis are required for the Crested Butte Nordic Council’s annual dinner that takes participants along a luminaria-lit 4K trail for a four-course, four-fire meal. Diners meet at 5 p.m. for a cup of hot wine or cocoa at the Town Ranch trailhead, located behind Crested Butte Community School. Stops include appetizer, soup, entree and dessert. Through Tuesday: Colorado Parks and Recreation Association’s Cancer Fitness Institute is offering 20 scholarships for low-income breast cancer survivors to participate in the Summit Cancer exercise program at 10 Front Range recreation centers.
