Kaiser Permanente is awarding cash donations to the nonprofit of their choice to the businesses with the most teams and fastest times in the sixth annual Colfax Marathon Corporate Cup.
To enter, companies must register a five-person relay team for the May 15 event at .
Each team member will run a leg of the 26.2 mile marathon course. Distances vary from three miles to just under seven miles. Runners must be employees or immediate family members to qualify.
Kaiser Permanente is offering prizes for the top three overall teams, plus the top three women’s, men’s and co-ed teams, for a total of $23,000 in award money.
Nonprofits must be providing services to address the local community’s health needs.
