HOUSTON — A woman accused of fleeing the country after a fire at her Houston day care killed four children is en route back the United States to face manslaughter and other charges. U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee said 22-year-old Jessica Tata departed Lagos, Nigeria, on Sunday and was expected to arrive in Houston by tonight.
