Yoga Workshop for HIV+

April 9: The Yoga Group Inc. is a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide free yoga classes to persons with HIV. They offer three free ongoing classes each week. Platte River Half Marathon and Buckhorn Exchange Relay

April 10: The ninth annual race includes a 2-mile run through downtown Littleton, 10 miles on the South Platte River Trail and then 1 mile to the Buckhorn Exchange Restaurant. There’s also a three-person relay option. Proceeds benefit the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
