FORT COLLINS, Colo.—The Larimer County coroner’s office has identified a man killed in a glider crash as Alfred Otto Herr, an 82-year-old Fort Collins man.
Deputy coroner James Wilkerson said Monday the cause of death is still under investigation.
The glider crashed around 2:15 p.m. Sunday near an intersection about 12 miles north of Fort Collins.
Witnesses say the glider crashed into a hill.
The National Transportation Safety Board was investigating.
