UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO BOULDER: Appointed John A. Stevenson to the post of dean of the graduate school. Stevenson has held the position in an interim capacity since May 2009.
NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF GOVERNMENTAL PURCHASING: Elected Arapahoe County purchasing manager Keith Ashby to serve on the board of directors. Ashby will represent Region 10, which includes Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
