UNITED NATIONS — Only one survivor has been confirmed among the 33 U.N. personnel and crew members aboard a plane that crashed in Congo on Monday, a U.N. spokesman said. U.N. spokesman Farhan Haq said the plane crashed as it was landing in Kinshasa. The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
