A 78-year-old Denver man afflicted with alzheimers disease has been found in Commerce City, police say.
Pete Duarte was carrying a white chihuahua when he left his home at 3000 Hudson St. in Denver at about 1 p.m., said Sonny Jackson, Denver police spokesman.
Jackson said Duarte was discovered early this morning.
