A 5-year-old girl, who the FBI says was kidnapped by her mother last June, returned to Littleton over the weekend.
Megan Richard spent the last 10 months living in Germany with her mother Robin Siler. According to police, Siler took Megan out of the country without her father knowing.
“It’s the most excruciating, emotional thing I’ve ever felt,” Bijan Richard, Megan’s father, said.
Richard created a few websites to put out information that he was looking for his daughter. Eventually, a complete stranger from a village in Germany spotted Siler and messaged Richard.
