Members of the Greenwood Village Police Department will be hosting a Shaving Heads event Wednesday at noon at William McKinley Carson Park pavilion behind City Hall, 6060 South Quebec St.
The event is honoring 911 technician Audrey Di Manna, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last month. Chief of Police John Jackson and several police officers will be shaving their heads in a show of support.
Members of the community are invited to attend and participate.
