A total of 36 homes sold for $1 million or more in the greater Denver area in March, according to Gary Bauer of Metrolist Inc.
Bauer said that 33 were single-family homes and three were condos.
The lowest sold price was $1 million and the highest was $2.6 million.
The 33 properties represent $50.9 million in closed volume. The three condos represented $4.09 million in closed volume.
Two of the condos were in Denver, one in Boulder.
For single-family homes, there were 12 in Denver, 10 in Arapahoe County, seven in Boulder County and two each in Douglas and Jefferson counties.
Bauer said that the closed volume for single-family units was up 22 percent compared to February and up 14 percent compared to March 2010.
Closed volume for condos was up 50 percent compared to February but down 25 percent compared to March a year ago.
