APG Algemene Pensioen Groep and Goodman Group made a bid for ProLogis European Properties (PEPR) that values the biggest owner of warehouses in Europe at $1.6 billion.
Denver-based ProLogis, PEPR’s biggest shareholder, rejected the proposal, saying it plans to retain its 33 percent stake.
