A private investor recently bought The Views, a two-building office park near Interlocken in Broomfield, for $42 million, officials with representing broker Grubb & Ellis Co. announced Wednesday.
The Views I and II includes two five-story Class A office buildings at 11800 and 11802 Ridge Parkway. The buildings, which total 336,761 square feet, were 92 percent leased, Grubb & Ellis officials said. Riki Hashimoto and Dan Grooters, Grubb & Ellis senior vice presidents, represented seller Equastone Real Estate Investment Advisors in the sale. Tony Eugenio, of Presidio Group, represented the buyer.
