GREELEY — A University of Northern Colorado freshman was in critical condition after he jumped from the second-floor balcony of a fraternity house.
Greeley police Sgt. Fred Meyer said officers were called to the Delta Tau Delta house about 1:20 a.m. Saturday, and they found 19-year-old Ross Higuchi lying on the ground.
Meyer said Higuchi may have been intoxicated. Police said there was a dispute between Higuchi and some fraternity members about damage to parts of the house during a party. That is when he jumped.
