• An article by Walter E. Hecox and Mark Barna in Sunday’s Perspective section gave an inaccurate figure for how much acreage the Bureau of Land Management oversees in Colorado. The BLM manages 8.3 million acres of public land in Colorado. Also, BLM director Robert Abbey’s name was incorrect.
• Clarification: A story on Page 2B on Tuesday said that former Denver mayoral candidate Carol Boigon would have needed to file a notarized petition 48 days before the election in order to officially be removed from the ballot. Boigon would not have needed to gather signatures but simply file a notarized form.
