The Frisco Holiday Inn, its owner and manager have been indicted by the Colorado State Grand Jury for allegedly exposing guests and housekeeping staff to asbestos in November 2009.
According to the three-count indictment, Adam Pietraszek, the owner of the Frisco Holiday Inn, and hotel manager Nikolai Semenshin, as well as two employees of NHV Construction — owned by Pietraszek — failed to obtain a permit in October 2009 for asbestos abatement related to renovations they were performing at the hotel.
A person who answered the phone at the hotel declined to comment Wednesday.
