DENVER—Two people have died in the crash of a small plane in Elbert County.
Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Mike Fergus says the single-engine plane crashed Saturday afternoon near the private Rocky Mountain Airpark. He says both people on board have died.
Witnesses told KUSA-TV in Denver they saw the plane start to corkscrew before it crashed.
