A Denver City Council committee on Wednesday approved a $125 million Denver International Airport contract with Saunders Construction and Hunt Building Group for construction of a FasTracks rail station at the airport along with other structural elements that will support a 500-room hotel at the south end of DIA’s terminal.
The full City Council still must approve the Saunders/Hunt construction contract.
