McDonald’s said Thursday that the company and its independent franchisees hired 1,215 employees to fill a combination of full- and part-time positions in more than 160 restaurants in the Denver region.
The hiring was part of McDonald’s highly publicized “national initiative” to hire up to 50,000 McDonald’s restaurant managers and crew nationwide. Local McDonald’s officials said it hired 415 more than the original target of 800 employees.
