Highlights from the Colorado Legislature on Friday:
— A school funding bill is heading to the governor’s desk with more money than originally expected. The Senate agreed to House amendments to Senate Bill 230, the school finance act.
— The Senate gave preliminary approval to a bill repealing the crimes of adultery and “sexual immorality,” which aren’t enforced anyway (Senate Bill 244).
— A measure aimed at protecting tow truck drivers has won preliminary approval from the Colorado Senate less than a week after it was introduced (Senate Bill 260).
— Both chambers paused to remember the Holocaust.
