LEMOORE, Calif. — Sarah Palin spoke to more than 1,400 people at West Hills College in Lemoore, Calif., on Sunday. She said endangered-species regulations protecting the Delta smelt and limiting pumping are “destroying” the lives of farmers. Palin also spoke about gas prices, the need for domestic oil drilling and limiting currency inflation.
