The average retail gasoline price in Denver rose 6.4 cents per gallon in the past week to approximately $3.63 per gallon – still far below the national average of $3.92 per gallon, according to the gasoline price website .
A gallon of gasoline was 94 cents per gallon higher than at this time a year ago and 22.1 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
The national average has increased 29.2 cents per gallon during the last month and stands $1.01 per gallon higher than this day one year ago.
