A number of Tiger muskie and northern pike have been caught recently around the state, with one fly-fisherman managing two tigers at Quincy Reservoir. Rocky Mountain Arsenal is producing pike, as are Spinney Reservoir and Palmer Lake. Large jerk baits are an excellent choice.

With the walleye spawn over, the action is picking up at Front Range reservoirs such as Horsetooth, Jumbo, Cherry Creek, and Pueblo.
