FAIRFIELD, Calif. — A shooting inside a home Saturday left three people dead, including the suspected shooter, after what investigators think was a dispute among roommates.

Fairfield police received a call from a man inside the home shortly after noon reporting that he had been shot and that the shooter was firing at other people, said Officer Cleo Mayoral. Officers surrounded the house, and when they entered, they found a man and a woman dead.

A third man, thought to be the shooter, was critically injured with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Mayoral said.
