Connecticut basketball stars Kemba Walker and Maya Moore are expected to lead one of the graduation processions at UConn’s College of Arts and Sciences. Both will be taking part in today’s ceremony at Gampel Pavilion in Storrs, Conn. The ceremony is one of several on campus this weekend, where more than 7,600 students are to receive degrees. Moore will graduate with a 3.7 grade-point average in an individualized major in sports media and promotion. Walker hasn’t completed his degree in sociology, but the junior is allowed to march because he is on track to finish his studies this year.
