Alpine Access, a Denver-based customer-service outsourcing firm, said Monday it has opened a 22,000-square-foot technology and operations lab in the Denver Tech Center area.
The company plans to hire 50 people for the lab, which will include IT services and operations support for more than 5,000 home-based customer-care professionals.
