A 57-year-old man was convicted by a Boulder County jury Friday afternoon of luring young men into his Boulder apartment with promises of employment and then sexually assaulting them, the Daily Camera reported.
A jury found David McCoy guilty of four counts of unlawful sexual contact, two felonies and two misdemeanors. He’s scheduled to be sentenced July 15 and faces two to eight years in prison for each of the felony charges, the Camera said.
