What I listen to: Before games, I listen to hip-hop to get pumped up, but otherwise basically anything.
The best things on my training table: Steak and potatoes.
Prematch ritual: I definitely have my lucky socks, and my captain’s band is lucky. I have to put it on my right shinguard; nothing too crazy.
Time management tip: When I have an eighth period off, I try to get a lot of homework done before practice. It gives me time afterward to finish everything.
Planned career: Considering pre-med; will play soccer at Washington University in St. Louis.
My family: Parents Carol and John, brother Will.
I would love to visit: Greece.
What high school sports mean to me: High school sports are all about building a team and bringing together a group to make a unit in a small amount of time. And trying to play better on the field and trusting each other when you’re playing your sport.
