Church-goers got an unpleasant surprise in Lone Tree on Sunday.
Vandals used spray paint to cover walls and sidewalks outside the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
The church is near Timberline Road and Quebec Street in Lone Tree.
The vandals tagged the property with curse words, marijuana leaves and the number “666.”
Church members spent the day working to clean up the mess.
