The past weekend’s Ivy League baseball championship had a Colorado flavor.
Princeton downed Dartmouth 8-5. The winning pitcher for the Tigers was A.J. Goetz, formerly of Regis Jesuit in Aurora, who won in relief. The starter and loser for Dartmouth was Mitch Horcek, formerly of Highlands Ranch.
Homering for Dartmouth was catcher Chris O’Dowd, formerly of Regis Jesuit and son of Rockies GM Dan O’Dowd.
