• Because of an editor’s error, a story on Page 8B Tuesday listed incorrect data for the metro Denver housing market. Buyers put 4,749 homes under contract in April, down 28 percent from 6,616 in April 2010. Buyers closed on 3,429 properties in April, down 18 percent from 4,188 in April 2010.
