Four sports will have their state championships shown live this spring season.
The Colorado High School Activities Association released their broadcast schedule for this week, and for the first time, track and swimming will join the fold.
CHSAA plans to show 10 events from the track and field championships — all running events — from Jeffco Stadium in Lakewood today through Saturday. All prelims and finals from the Class 4A and 5A swim meets will also be shown on Friday and Saturday.
Each classification of girls soccer will be broadcast from Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. The 3A final is May 24, the 4A and 5A finals are May 25.
The 5A baseball semifinals (May 27) and final (May 28) are also slated to be broadcast, as is the 4A final, which is May 28.
A complete schedule is below.
• May 19-21. Track and field.
• May 20-21. Boys swimming and diving (4A/5A).
• May 24. 3A girls soccer final.
• May 25. 4A, 5A girls soccer final.
• May 27. 5A baseball semifinals.
• May 28. 4A, 5A baseball final.
