Entegris Inc. has announced plans to open an advanced technology manufacturing facility in Colorado Springs for production of semiconductor wafer-handling products and extreme ultraviolet light reticle pods, tools used in semiconductor production.
The facility is expected to add an estimated 100 jobs over the next five years. The 40,000-square-foot facility will be operational later this year and will augment Entegris’ current manufacturing presence in Colorado Springs.
