Commuters this morning in the northeast part of the metro area should be aware of an overnight pothole repair that could slow morning traffic.
A highway crew is patching a large pothole in the eastbound lane of I-270 near Vasquez Boulevard, a Colorado Department of Transportation spokesman said.
The right-hand lane has been shut down while repairs are ongoing. Highway officials plan to have the lane reopened as soon as possible.
