A man was taken to the hospital Wednesday night after being shot multiple times outside a Denver motel.
At 11 p.m., the 30-year-old victim was shot multiple times outside the Airway Motel at 8339 E. Colfax Ave., said Sonny Jackson, spokesman for the Denver Police Department.
A private citizen drove the man to the University of Colorado Hospital.
The victim’s name and condition were not immediately known.
Police are speaking with the person who drove the victim to the hospital and consider the driver a witness, Jackson said.
