Mike Kazmierski has announced his resignation as chief executive of the Colorado Springs Regional Economic Development Corp., effective June 30. Kazmierski served six years as the organization’s CEO and 10 years as chief operating officer. EDC board chairman Doug Qimby will serve as acting CEO while a replacement is sought. A national search will begin immediately.
