Wendy Garfio and husband Amadeo had been shopping resale homes for months, wanting out of their Thornton apartment, when on a lark they went back to a new community that looked too expensive when they first got married. I said, ‘Let’s do this,’ it just felt right.”
Garfio twice timed the drive to the downtown law firm where she works…15-to-20 minutes during non-rush.
