CHIMNEY ROCK, Colo.—Sen. Michael Bennet is headed to southwest Colorado to start a holiday weekend marked by visits to Colorado sites and veterans memorials.
Bennet planned to visit Chimney Rock in Archuleta County on Saturday. On Sunday, the senator planned to visit Durango to speak at the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic 40th anniversary celebration.
Bennet planned to round out his holiday weekend with Monday visits to veterans memorials in Durango followed by a visit to an American Legion post in Delta.
